There are\nmany factors that dentists need to keep in mind before recommending treatment. You will also\nneed to be committed to wearing the aligners for several months at a time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">It Pays Off to Bring Your Toothbrush With You<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you let food debris linger in your mouth after a meal, it\ncan easily stain your aligners and interfere with treatment. Always bring your\ntravel toothbrush and toothpaste with you. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Drink Coffee in the Morning? The Habit Needs to Change<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The only beverage you should be drinking while wearing your\naligners is water. If you do remove them to drink coffee or wine, make sure to\nbrush your teeth afterwards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Treatment Causes Almost No Discomfort<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>While you should avoid chewing very hard or crunchy foods\nafter the first day of use, there is very little discomfort associated with\nInvisalign treatment. At the very least, it\u2019s much more tolerable than what you\u2019d\nfind with metal braces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Toothpaste is Not Safe for Cleaning Them<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Not only is it important to brush after eating a meal and\nwearing your aligners, but it\u2019s important to use Invisalign\u2019s own cleaning crystals\nor denture cleanser to remove plaque and debris from them.
